Going to the Circus

Brian and I went to the circus this weekend and we had SUCH a GREAT time! We were entertained from the moment it startd to the moment it ended. It was full of dare devil adventures. We had front row seats, enjoyed smores on a stick, and loved every bit of the circus entertainment.

Harper's nursery is almost complete

We just have a few more finishing touches and Harper's nursery will be complete. I'm still in search for a rug, and we need to hang pictures on the walls, they're so empty. But here are some pics of how it is looking so far.

Parking for Expectant Mothers

Don't park in the parking for the expectant mother's parking spot, unless you are clearly expectng. If you have the waddle going on, back ache, etc go for it momma! I was so upset when I went to HEB this week, and it was like 2:00 in the HOT afternoon and I was so excited to use the parking spot for the first time. As we were getting ready to turn into the parking spot this other car pulls in. We waited to see if this girl was expecting, and she CLEARLY wasn't! She was like 16 and itty bitty in her bikini and little see through cover-up. She was even smiling and laughing with her boyfriend as she walked out of her car and into HEB. Maybe it's my hormones, but I was SOOOOOOOOOO upset! Anyways, here's a pic with me and the sign after the girl left!

36 weeks

4 more weeks to go! It finally feels like a countdown until Brian and I get to meet our precious daughter! It's crazy to think that she will be here in 4 weeks or less! At my doctor's appointment yesterday they said that she is head down, woo hoo! Which is great because she has been frank breeched this whole pregnancy, so I'm so glad she is finally head down. They also said that she weighs 5 pounds 3 ounces, and he doesn't see her getting a lot bigger. He said another pound at the most. I have my doctor's appointment every Monday now until I deliver, and I have another ultrasound on July 25th to see if she has grown any. I just pray daily that she will be a healthy baby and I have a safe delivery. :)

4th of July... 35 weeks pregnant

Saturday was a relaxing day at the lake. Instead of laying out in a lounge chair, I decided to get a baby pool to lay out in so I wouldn't get overheated. It was the best idea EVER!

On Sunday, Vic, Kyle, Nic, and Ryan came to visit us and hang out at the lake. It was a gorgeous day! We had a yummy brunch that Vic and Kyle cooked for us, then we headed onto the boat for a fun day in the sun. We cruised around on the boat for awhile, then we went to the Island to hang out. Once we got there Brian was about to take a dip in the lake when he slipped and fell on the boat and his ankle hit the metal part that holds the ladder. He cut his leg open and it was bleeding. We had to head to urgent care so he could get stitches. After waiting like an hour and half, he finally was seen and he got 8 stitches, he was SOOOOO close to the tendon and almost had to have surgery, they said you could see his bone. I don't know because I couldn't look at it. We then went back to the house to hang out for a little bit before our wonderful company had to leave. It was a fun 4th of July, and I can't believe next year I'll have a little girl here dressed in all red, white, and blue! :)

Father's Day

What a fabulous father's day! We celebrated with three dad's, Gerald, (Brian's dad)My dad, and Brian (because he is now a daddy!) We all went to Hubbell and Hudson for a delicious brunch then came back to my house to hang out.

My dad was so happy to ride around in Gerald's Audi R8 back to our house.
